Today we got some clue from @onleaks when he assume is that the final of configuration Samsung Galaxy S11 Plus

The Leaks Still different from the Ice Universe render. But as we see this is much improved from what he showed before and it would be happy with either layout at this point.

It appears the renders I shared one month ago were based upon a first stage prototype which had different rear camera layout.
